AI in the Real World šŸ¤–

We want to know how AI is affecting your life & work today! Weā€™ve been asking creators & entrepreneurs from around the world how the recent wave of GenAI tech tooling has - or hasnā€™t - changed the way they work.

This weekā€™s comment is from Geoff Cudd, Founder, SaaS consulting firm DDIY(Don't Do It Yourself)

Our primary use of AI is in streamlining content creation, market research, and customer service. We leverage AI tools for generating initial drafts of blog posts, conducting market analysis, and providing initial customer support responses. This integration has significantly expedited our workflows, allowing us to focus more on strategic decision-making and less on time-consuming tasks.

However, there are areas where we exercise caution. For instance, in strategic decision-making and personalized consulting services, we rely on human expertise. The nuanced understanding of client-specific challenges and industry dynamics is something we believe AI cannot fully replicate at this stage.
